Our Mission

AMO is the Algerian Mathematics Olympiad. We're a non-profit committee that started under the Ministry of Education. Our office is in Kouba, Algiers. We’re most active on Discord and post all updates there don’t forget to join.

Find and support students who love math.

Team Training

Train teams for national and international contests (like the IMO).

Fair Selection

Keep selection fair for everyone.

Organize Competitions

Organize national math competitions (ALMO).

How to Become a Member

Students

Algerian students who haven't taken the BAC yet and enjoy math and problem-solving.

Application: Register and take the online selection test (last one was in August)

Selection: Coaches choose based on test results and commitment.

Benefits: Access to training, resources, and competition opportunities.

Individuals with strong Math Olympiad skills in geometry, number theory, algebra, and combinatorics.

Preferred: Prior coaching or Olympiad experience.
